Who can shop at Luxe?
Arriving passengers: Any inbound shopper may purchase up to US$1000 worth of Luxe Duty Free items within 48 hours upon arrival. For one-time use only.
Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability are given one year upon arrival to get the shopping card and may purchase up to US$1000 worth of Luxe Duty Free items.
A Balikbayan or any returning Filipino who has been abroad for at least a year* may shop at Luxe Duty Free within 15 days upon arrival or 30 days upon arrival during Christmas season (Nov 15 to Jan 15).
*Balikbayan and OFWs privilege is based on last departure date from the Philippines.
How can I shop at Luxe Duty Free?
Just present your passport and plane ticket at the Customer Registration Counter.
Is proxy shopping allowed?
No, the shopping privilege is non-transferable.
How much is the shopping limit?
Regular Filipino Travelers and Foreign Tourists
Tax-exempt maximum purchase in the amount of One Thousand United States dollars (US$ 1,000.00) or its equivalent in Philippine peso and in other foreign currencies
Balikbayans/OFWs:
Tax-exempt maximum purchase in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred United States dollars (US$ 2,500.00) or its equivalent in Philippine peso and in other foreign currencies. Plus $2,000 for Kabuhayan tools and equipment
Are there shopping restrictions?
Bureau of Customs rules and regulations limit the purchase of the following items to:
Cigarettes - two (2) reams
Liquor - two (2) bottles
Wine - two (2) bottles
No cigarettes, liquor, electronics for MINORS.
